Development and Validation of a Predictive Model Based on Serum Silent Information Regulator 6 Levels in Chinese Older Adult Patients: Cross-Sectional Descriptive Study

To investigate the potential difference in serum SIRT6 levels between the CAD and CAS groups, the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine the SIRT6 levels in serum samples. A significant reduction in serum SIRT6 levels was observed in the CAD group (495 [SD 443] pg/m L) compared with the CAS group (866 [SD 510] pg/m L) (Figure 2 A). To further assess the diagnostic potential of serum SIRT6 as a biomarker for distinguishing between CAS and CAD, ROC analysis was performed.
