Using Machine Learning to Predict Cognitive Decline in Older Adults From the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey: Model Development and Validation Study

In this study, we used follow-up data from the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey (CLHLS) collected during the years 2008‐2009, 2011‐2012 and 2014, encompassing a total of 2688 participants. Cognitive impairment was classified based on the MMSE scores, with a cutoff point set at 18, to determine cognitive status after 3 years.
