The questionnaires include questions on sociodemographic variables, health-related quality of life (12-Item Short Form Health Survey [SF-12]), Taiwanese Inventory of Social Supportive Behavior (TISSB), Chinese Person’s Happiness Inventory (CHI), and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D).
