Typically, they include explanations about treatment options, descriptions of the benefits and harms supported by scientific evidence, and information about the characteristics of health services based on local situations [27].

The internet hosts a tremendous amount and variety of health-related information that can be accessed at conveniently, anonymously, and at relatively low cost [3,4]. Among all health information sources, the internet has the highest usage rate [5-7]. Although certain groups still rely on traditional sources such as books and printed journals for health information [8], web-based sources of health information are increasingly growing in popularity.

Considering the attrition rate in interventional studies can be as high as 40% [18], at least 56 participants were recruited in each group at baseline. Data were collected at baseline (T0) and 12 weeks, 24 weeks, and 36 weeks postintervention (T1, T2, and T3). The data was collected face-to-face and self-reported by participants.
The design of the multihealth promotion program was based on previous studies.

Hallucinations can occur due to several reasons. First, LLMs may generate incorrect information because they rely heavily on the patterns and associations found in their training data, which can be subject to biases, inaccuracies, and gaps in the original data sources [10]. Second, LLMs lack real-world understanding and contextual awareness, meaning they do not possess the ability to verify facts against actual events or comprehend nuanced contexts [11].

Instead of searching the Internet and worrying about accuracy or encountering scam information, I can just open the app and ask... It is very reassuring.
Better than bothering my family or going to see a doctor. It is like having a personal doctor who can answer questions at all times... I cannot tell how good the answers are, since I’m not a doctor, but the tone sounds very professional... The key is it is very convenient, and it can answer according to my conditions.

Teenagers today sense the need to be perfect on social media to avoid criticism, and they worry about how a “wrong” self-presentation can lead to negative evaluation [20]. The fear drives some adolescents to constantly check their profiles to ensure only the “right” things have been posted [28]. Revealing intimate information on social media can easily damage a perfect or "right" image.
