Previous research has established relationships between Ph A and handgrip strength (HGS) [31], balance [13], gait speed [32], age [10], sex [30], sarcopenia [33], and BMI [34]. However, previously reported regression models have only been able to account for approximately ≤30% of the variance in Ph A [31,35] and have largely left the fear of falling unaccounted for.
