However, older adults have been underrepresented in electronic cohort (e Cohort) [10-12] with few digital health studies including larger numbers of older adults [13]. We recruited and enrolled an e Cohort of older adults, mean age 73.6 (SD 6.3) years, across the COVID-19 pandemic, embedded in the well characterized Framingham Heart Study (FHS) Offspring and Omni cohorts.
