This study was undertaken as per the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses, 2020) guidelines and has been prospectively registered on the PROSPERO (International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews) platform (CRD42025610919) [22].
The inclusion criteria were as follows:
Studies involving patients diagnosed with CRC;
Case-control, cohort, and cross-sectional studies about study designs;
An ML model was well constructed to differentiate KRAS mutation status.

The PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) guidelines were followed for this review. The PRISMA item checklist can be found in Checklist 1. The search time frame was from inception to November 1, 2023. The goal was to identify recent studies on the effects of VR training for enhanced balance, strength, and mobility at home among older adults with frailty and prefrailty.

The quantitative studies were systematically evaluated following the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions, and the report adhered to the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines [19]. The study protocol was preregistered on PROSPERO (CRD420250652129) [20]. Ethical approval and informed consent were not necessary, as this study did not include individual patient data.

This review adhered to the guidelines set out in the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses) 2020 statement (Checklist 1) and was registered in PROSPERO (CRD42024598539) [18].
We extensively searched 6 electronic databases: Pub Med, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Embase, Web of Science, Psyc INFO (via EBSCO), and CINAHL (via EBSCO). This search spanned from the databases’ inception until October 1, 2024.

The PICOS (Population, Intervention, Control, Outcome, and Study) framework was used to select eligible studies.
The population included adults diagnosed with chronic diseases in terms of cardiovascular disease, chronic respiratory disease, cancer, diabetes, metabolic syndrome (Met S), obesity, RA, stroke, and other chronic conditions defined by the WHO [27].

This systematic review and meta-analysis was registered in PROSPERO (CRD42024611768), and the study was reported following the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines (Multimedia Appendix 1) [34].
We conducted electronic literature searches in Pub Med, Scopus, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, and EMBASE from the inception of each database to October 15, 2024. The search terms consisted of subject headings and free terms.

This systematic review was conducted in accordance with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) methodology, which can be found in the Multimedia Appendix 1. It was registered in PROSPERO (International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews; CRD42023388827) on January 17, 2023 [13].
A literature search was performed on January 16, 2023, using a search strategy approved by all authors in the following databases: Pub Med (MEDLINE), Embase, and Scopus.
