Participants were provided compensation via e-gift card for completing each stage of the trial (totaling US $150). All data was deidentified prior to analysis, with personally identifying information removed. To protect participant information, any names or proper nouns represented in text are pseudonyms.
The primary study enrolled 51 caregivers and their network members to use Care Virtue for 60 days. Details of the primary study and its findings are provided elsewhere [22].

In projects 1, 2, and 4, community partners were compensated with a US $50 e-gift card after each session. For project 3, participants received US $25 per session and were mailed a check after the conclusion of all sessions.
Research partners included principal investigators as well as research coordinators, research specialists, and software engineers working on investigators’ grants.

Primary caregivers were provided with a US $150 e-gift card at the end of the study period. Secondary caregivers contacted the study team if they were interested in participating in the postuse survey and interview. Secondary caregivers received US $15 for completion of the postuse survey and US $25 for completion of the 30-minute postuse interview.
We collected primary caregiver characteristics including age, gender, race and ethnicity, income, education, marital status, location, and employment.
