Oyibo [45] extended the primary task support and dialogue support groups with goal setting and verbal persuasion, respectively, increasing the total number of strategies in the PSD taxonomy to 30. The primary task support category, which includes tunneling, tailoring, and self-monitoring, is aimed at helping the user to perform a target behavior easily and effectively.

Designing Better Exposure Notification Apps: The Role of Persuasive Design
Moreover, Oyibo et al [44] found that people from both high-income and low-income countries are receptive to the authority strategy. Interestingly, current exposure notification apps on the market are already equipped with the authority and credibility strategies by default given that they were sponsored by national governments that symbolize authority. However, the issue of trust in the area of data protection and privacy remains a roadblock to adoption [23].
