Web-based CBT-I will allow for greater dissemination, particularly for rural CGs and persons with dementia who may have challenges receiving treatment because of trained provider scarcity [9] and the burden associated with traditional in-office delivery. It has been shown by our team as well as another group of researchers that in-person brief CBT-I (b CBT-I) improves CG sleep and mood (small to large effects) [10-12].
