Acceptability and Feasibility of a Socially Enhanced, Self-Guided, Positive Emotion Regulation Intervention for Caregivers of Individuals With Dementia: Pilot Intervention Study

This study builds on data collected from focus groups and interviews conducted with providers and caregivers about the social features that might be most helpful for participants (Kwok, I, unpublished data, 2022). For example, focus group participants made suggestions to create podcast content, framing our reminder messages in an encouraging tone, and noted the potential challenges of creating a “buddy system” in which participants would be paired up.
