Fjellså et al [21] reported that the telephone is one central e Health tool that facilitates care coordination for older adults living at home. Oh and Lim [58] found that older adults who experienced negative communication with health care providers (ie, not receiving sufficient information on a health issue) started to search for information on the internet. However, those study participants did not have multimorbidity and were experienced with using the internet [58].
