We used our previously conducted literature review on uses of genomic and routinely collected phenotypic data to guide this study (Daniels H et al, unpublished data, 2019). As part of the review, we drew out various pieces of information to categorize the studies and the details of data governance arrangements to the extent that they were presented in the publication. The relevant variables were genomic data and source, phenotypic data and source, data access model, and details of data governance.
