Daneshvar et al [13] considered that digital technology has the potential to be used to help combat the problem by providing education, raising awareness about the risks of drug use, promoting harm reduction strategies, and providing educational resources to individuals and communities. Social media campaigns, websites, mobile apps, and web-based communities can all be effective tools for disseminating information and reaching a wide audience.
