Long stretches of endogenous transposon-like DNA sequences routinely matched exogenous viruses. As shown in Figure 6 C and E, the same human DNA interval had homology both to endogenous transposons (HERV) and exogenous viral sequences (EBV variants, stealth virus 1, chikungunya virus, Be An 58058 virus, human papillomavirus [HPV] 16, HIV1, and HERV). This result shows that the pi RNA system can store the same piece of DNA to protect DNA against these different viruses.

The information in an individual’s DNA is routinely being used to provide precision clinical care across a range of different areas (Table 1). A prime example of the potential of genomic information is oncology, where genomic testing is used to identify the range of mutations acquired by an individual’s tumor, leading to tailored therapeutic interventions [20].

Polyadenosine 5’diphosphoribose (poly [ADP-ribose]) polymerase inhibitor (PARP) inhibitors employ a strategy of synthetic lethality, inhibiting the base excision repair pathway, leading to the accumulation of unrepaired DNA breaks within HRR-deficient tumor cells, culminating in cancer cell death [6-8]. Olaparib, a PARP inhibitor, demonstrated an impressive 88% response rate in patients with m CRPC with HRR gene abnormalities, in contrast to a minimal 3% response in those without these mutations [9,10].

Figure 3 is, theoretically, not supposed to be a drawn graph but an actual electrophoretic run of the gel by DNA—a real strip chart trajectory.
4. The compiling, analyzing, and drawing of the work is well done, and it is a very good report. If you can add your own research, revised ideas and approaches to data, and details, you can definitely improve the innovation of the article.

DNA sequencing technologies are providing new insights into the immune response by allowing for the large-scale sequencing of rearranged immunoglobulin genes that are present in an individual [1,2]. However, the applications of this approach are limited by the lack of methods for determining the antigen(s) to which a specific immunoglobulin (ie, one encoded by a given sequence) binds.
