We included studies that mainly aimed to enhance cardiorespiratory fitness, choosing walking, jogging, and cycling, while Blasco et al [27], Reid et al [32], and Wang et al [34] performed some aerobic exercises in a home environment according to their preferences. However, Batalik et al [26], Kraal et al [30], Snoek et al [33], and particularly Frederix et al [29] and Dorje et al [28] recorded patients’ walking to assess their exercise condition.
