At the end of the 36-month data collection period of the study, interviews with staff participants were held at 2 facilities jointly by 2 authors (KW and J Kaye) to discuss actual dashboard use among staff, study-related workload, and any other factors related to their use of the dashboard over the course of the study. The interviews were open ended and intended to elucidate barriers and opportunities for improving staff engagement in future studies (Multimedia Appendix 1).
