Bonferroni correction was used to adjust for multiple testing, and significant associations were claimed if P where m is the number of d CDT features significantly associated with the neuropsychological test, βj is the estimate of effect size for feature j, and Vij is the normalized d CDT feature j for sample i. The score represented a weighted combination of all d CDT features for the neuropsychological test.
