The full research protocol is available in the work by Gustafson et al [61]. While the original study intended to enroll participants for 12 months, a change in the Google Nest Hub Max interface made the system incompatible with the Elder Tree e Health tool. The study was subsequently ended early and considered a pilot test.
We conducted 22 interviews with participants from the original Elder Tree sample pool.
