Designing Tangibles to Support Emotion Logging for Older Adults: Development and Usability Study
Our study was designed in accordance with our University’s code of ethics and approved by the Open University Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC/3343/Gooch).
Each of the devices was piloted and was found to induce no discomfort. Participants had the right to refuse to use either of the devices, and it was possible for participants to immediately end their use of a device if they experienced any discomfort. None of the participants opted to do so.
