Barriers and Facilitators to the Implementation of a Mobile Insulin Titration Intervention for Patients With Uncontrolled Diabetes: A Qualitative Analysis

In total, 25 patients (n=15 Bellevue and n=10 Gouverneur) completed a follow-up interview. The characteristics of follow-up respondents were similar to the full interview sample (mean age 51.5 SD [11.5] years; 36% female; 70% Hispanic; 60% with health insurance; 44% unemployed; 44% requested Spanish texts; and 80% achieved their OID). The study coordinator reached out to 32 staff to offer an interview.
