Conventional pulmonary and cardiac rehabilitation programs include supervised aerobic exercise training, often targeting moderate intensity exercise on treadmill or bicycle ergometer, that have been shown to reduce symptoms, improve HRQL, and increase exercise capacity [19-21] However, these programs are vastly underused [22,23] among individuals with COPD or HF and may not lead to significant improvements in long-term habitual physical activity in one’s daily life outside of the formal rehabilitation setting

Building on our previous research, we developed an AEA score that integrates the newly identified ESPL1 protein biomarker with long-term clinical data from patients with chronic HBV infection. The AEA score demonstrated superior performance in both accuracy and calibration compared to existing HCC risk models.

Older rural people living with HIV may be unable to access these groups due to limited transportation options, long travel distances, and limited group availability in their areas.
On this evidence base, we lightly adapted the supportive-expressive peer group therapy intervention from Project Linkage [25] for remote delivery to older rural people living with HIV. When delivered by telephone, this intervention was shown to reduce depressive symptoms among older people living with HIV [25].

Environmental factors were treated as independent variables, with weekly case counts as the dependent variable, while controlling for confounding factors such as day-of-week effects, holiday effects, and long-term trends. Allowing for overdispersion, a quasi-Poisson regression was applied based on DLNM. The model formula is as follows:
In equations (2) and (3), Yt represents the number of HFMD cases in week t; α represents the intercept; and var refers to meteorological factors or air pollutants.

However, long-term administration of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may cause gastrointestinal discomfort and other adverse reactions. Additionally, this approach demonstrates definite therapeutic efficacy for acute neck pain conditions such as trauma or acute sprain. As for chronic neck pain and cases with complex symptoms, clinical practice often employs multimodal nonpharmacological therapies, including acupressure, psychological counseling, acupuncture, laser therapy, or traction [31].
