Capturing Real-World Habitual Sleep Patterns With a Novel User-Centric Algorithm to Preprocess Fitbit Data in the All of Us Research Program: Retrospective Observational Longitudinal Study

Capturing Real-World Habitual Sleep Patterns With a Novel User-Centric Algorithm to Preprocess Fitbit Data in the All of Us Research Program: Retrospective Observational Longitudinal Study

Mann-Whitney U tests and chi-square tests were used to compare continuous and categorical variables, respectively, between participants included and excluded from the analytical data set. The is Main Sleep and TSP algorithms were applied to sequence-level Fitbit data on the Researcher Workbench using the R programming language (R Foundation) [22]. The number of primary versus nonprimary sleep logs identified by the 2 algorithms was evaluated using a 2×2 contingency table.

Predicting Pathological Complete Response Following Neoadjuvant Therapy in Patients With Breast Cancer: Development of Machine Learning–Based Prediction Models in a Retrospective Study

Univariate analysis was performed using 2-tailed t tests and chi-square tests to identify significant differences between the p CR and non-p CR groups. Features that exhibited statistical significance (P The performance of the model was evaluated using accuracy and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUROC).
