Social Media and the Evolution of Vaccine Preferences During the COVID-19 Pandemic: Discrete Choice Experiment

The choice sets were generated using a D-efficient design [35] from the NGene software package (Choice Metrics) [36]. They were calibrated such that an overall view of each respondent’s vaccine preferences over key vaccine attributes could be established, within credible ranges. Thus, they give us an overall view of COVID-19 vaccine preferences, rather than asking about specific vaccines that were in development.
