Mixed Reality–Based Physical Therapy in Older Adults With Sarcopenia: Preliminary Randomized Controlled Trial

Mixed Reality–Based Physical Therapy in Older Adults With Sarcopenia: Preliminary Randomized Controlled Trial

Both Mr.PT and CPA were assigned to participants in a randomized controlled trial, with a frequency of 30 min, and administered 5 times per week for 4 weeks. All participants were assessed using 2 (pre and post) evaluations. Participants in the Mr.PT group engaged in an MR-based exercise program using the Meta Quest head-mounted display system (Funrehab, Daejeon, Republic of Korea).

After checking the initial vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation) (P1), anesthesia will be induced intravenously with propofol (1-2.5 mg/kg) and remifentanyl (0.01-0.1 ng/kg/min). Mask ventilation (P2) with desflurane will be performed after the administration of rocuronium (0.6-1 mg/kg). Once the TOF ratio reaches With the patient in the lithotomy position and under general anesthesia, the abdomen will be prepared, painted, and draped in the usual manner (P5).

Fourier Transform Analysis of GPS-Derived Mobility Patterns for Diagnosis and Mood Monitoring of Bipolar and Major Depressive Disorders: Prospective Study

Fourier Transform Analysis of GPS-Derived Mobility Patterns for Diagnosis and Mood Monitoring of Bipolar and Major Depressive Disorders: Prospective Study

Ideally, there should be around 327 data points per hour (60 min ÷ 11 min per cycle × 60 s). Figure S2 in Multimedia Appendix 1 illustrates the data distribution for Participant M01 over 26 weeks. In the case of M01, the participant with a relatively high volume of GPS data can collect as many as 300 data points per hour.
