Broad prospective consent for the BDRR is embedded in the breast cancer service line, for example, concurrently with surgical consent. Once consented, “leftovers” from any clinical procedures may be collected by the biobank without further notice or engagement. From 2006 to 2023, more than 10,000 patients consented for the BDRR and specimens were collected from 4000 participants to date.

In addition, the list of indicators evolved over time as some were added, and others were removed in line with strategic objectives and feasibility (explicitly mentioned in Germany and Scotland). Across countries, the primary drivers for digital maturity assessments were to inform digital health strategy and priority areas of investment, evaluate national progress, and conduct local benchmarking designed to help participating organizations compare themselves to others.

The processing of personal data was evaluated to be in line with the personal data protection regulations. The project is registered at Clinical Trials.gov (NCT06040437). The project secured funding in June 2022, started in January 2023, and received recommendations from the Norwegian Data Protection Service in July 2023. Baseline data collection was conducted in September 2023, and the postintervention data collection started in May 2024.

Promoting Health Literacy in the Workplace Among Civil Servants: Cross-Sectional Study

In this study, 51.7% (n=990) of participants belonged to category A, 35.5% (n=681) to category B, and 12.8% (n=246) to category C, which is in line with the distribution of civil servants in France who belong to category A (56%), B (24%), and C (21%) [24]. Fourth, this population has access to workplace prevention initiatives even after retirement. Our results indicated that civil servants had an OHLI-F mean score of 80.9 (SD 7.9) and an OH knowledge mean score of 87.6 (SD 10.5).
