Participants were also asked about nicotine, red meat and alcohol consumption, the frequency of alcohol intake (1‐5 d or 6‐7 d per wk) and the amount of alcohol consumed (≤12 g/d for women and ≤24 g/d for men) [19]. Diabetes mellitus was also queried (Yes/No/Don’t know). All answers were taken into consideration for the personalized recommendations.
