The second important area for improvement is the provision of more health-related information, which also aligns with users’ interest in a study by Zhang et al [30]. Besides, we also observed a considerable proportion of users who, despite having borderline health conditions or being diagnosed with NCDs, opted out of health screenings, refused medication, or discontinued follow-up care.
