Shifts in Influenza and Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infection Patterns in Korea After the COVID-19 Pandemic Resulting From Immunity Debt: Retrospective Observational Study

For this study, we extracted data from these reports, including the proportion of influenza-like illness (ILI) consultations from outpatient surveillance and the proportion of respiratory specimens testing positive for influenza virus (by subtype) and RSV from virologic surveillance coordinated through the Korea Respiratory Virus Integrated Surveillance System (K-RISS), to estimate weekly influenza and RSV activity.
