Capturing Real-World Habitual Sleep Patterns With a Novel User-Centric Algorithm to Preprocess Fitbit Data in the All of Us Research Program: Retrospective Observational Longitudinal Study

Capturing Real-World Habitual Sleep Patterns With a Novel User-Centric Algorithm to Preprocess Fitbit Data in the All of Us Research Program: Retrospective Observational Longitudinal Study

In the conceptual example illustrated in Figure 1, there are 4 sleep logs spanning 2 calendar days: C (day 0; 10:00 AM-noon), D (day 0; 2:00-3:30 PM), B (day 0; 10:00-11:30 PM), and A (day 1; 1:30-6:30 AM). To accurately compute sleep metrics, it is imperative to identify and include all primary sleep logs that fall within the primary sleep period, while distinguishing them from nonprimary sleep logs.

Efficacy of the Web-Based Swedish Individualized Active Communication Education (I-ACE) Program in First-Time Hearing Aid Users: Randomized Controlled Trial

This difference in outcome was of a medium effect size (Cohen d=0.68, 95% CI 0.14‐1.21). For the subscales, no statistically significant differences were found between groups, except for hearing knowledge (F1, 54=22.41; P A statistically significant difference in the use of communication strategies (F1, 53=6.35, P=.02) at T1, as indicated by change in CSS total score, was found with a medium effect (Cohen d=0.64, 95% CI 0.10‐1.17). The same was found for the verbal and nonverbal subscales (see Table 2).
