Breath-Focused Mindfulness and Compassion Training in Parent-Child Dyads: Pilot Intervention Study
In our community-recruited sample, children were assessed on the Child Depression Index (CDI) [40,59-65] for study inclusion, that is, must have average or above-average CDI scores (T score>40). Parents in the study did not report any diagnosed illness. Exclusion was based on any self-reported severe illness for parent or child that would not allow time for study participation.
